Shipping policy

Once a package leaves our hands, it’s officially in the care of the shipping carrier. While we can’t control exactly what happens on the road, we’re still in this together! If your tracking says "delivered" but you don't see your goodies, check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing after 3 business days, send an email to jessicapalmer312@gmail.com and we’ll help you figure out the next steps.
